  • Up to 2 pets per home
  • No weight restrictions apply

Breed Restrictions

We care about every resident having a great experience here, which is why we maintain a few breed restrictions. If you’re ever unsure whether your pet fits within our guidelines, reach out anytime, we’re happy to help.

Pet Fees and Deposits

  • Pet deposit: $500 per pet
  • Monthly pet rent: $35 for cats
  • Monthly pet rent: $60 for dogs under 35 lbs
  • Monthly pet rent: $80 for dogs over 35 lbs
