Creative ways to connect for Thanksgiving

This year has been certainly different, but we can still find a way to connect for the holidays to show our love for our friends and family. Zoom is a wonderful way to do video calling so you can see AND hear each other. You can do it via your smart device or your computer. You’ll be able to see your grandkids’ smiles and they can see your happy facing talking with them. It’s the next best thing to being there in person. Another way to keep the holiday spirit in full bloom is to share recipes with each other. Often recipes are passed down from generation to generation. Email your loved ones your cherished recipes, or new recipes that you know they’ll love so they can make them for Thanksgiving. You may even want to try Slack to create your special group where you can share messages, videos, links, and more quickly and easily. One of the best ways you can connect is to simply call the people in your life and tell them why you’re thankful they are in your life. Make a list ahead of time to make it easier. Or send them an email with your gratitude list. They’ll love it. Heartfelt words are often the best and most enduring gifts anyone can receive. On behalf of everyone at Azulon, have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving!
